We know that fixing Paper is taking longer than expected and that Showcase users may be experiencing issues as well. Our engineering team is making progress and we aim to have an expected time to resolution soon.

We're getting there, folks! Our Engineers have identified the issue and we're working towards a solution. The bad news is that it's likely going to take a while for all systems to stabilize and for performance to return to normal.
